The apartment is very good located (8 minutes with a train to central station), it is next to 4 supermarkets and is in a few steps away from train stations U-Bahn and S-Bahn. It has 38m2 for single use, with own kitchen and bathroom. There are communal facilities in the building with washing machine and dryer (drying machine) at a very reasonable price. The apartment faces the internal garden of the block, where there is a nice green area. It is on the third floor, and the building has an elevator. Internet works perfectly, there is an option for cable TV.
The basic furniture is already available (no extra cost, as it is from the real state company): bed and mattress, wardrobe, small table + one chair, kitchen with stove + fridge + microwave. These items are in the pictures.
The real state company signs contracts on a yearly basis.
Besides that, I'm also selling for a total of EUR 100.00: one table and one chair (which I use for the meals, the original from the apartment is a nice place for study), one service car, kitchenware (pots, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, etc.), tablecloth, dishcloth, three pillows and two blankets, sheet and pillowcases. Everything used only 10 months and in brand new condition.

Additional cost (Nebenkost) includes heating, energy, water and internet. This is to be paid monthly with the rent.
The contract will be done directly with the real state company (Vegis Immobilien). The deposit has to be done (as per information from Vegis) in the first week of January.
I'm moving out because I'm going back to my home country after the 10 months PhD internship in Hamburg.
