Möbliertes, liebevolles Einzelappartment in Studentenwohnheim auf dem Campus Neuenheim zur Zwischenmiete

Da ich für ein Praktikum ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich mein Einzelapartment im Studentenwohnheim 129 unter. Da die Wohnung über das Studentenwerk vermietet wird, dürfen nur eingeschriebene Studierende der Uni oder PH Heidelberg zur Untermiete einziehen.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und hat ein eigenes Bad, eine Küchenzeile und einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Neckar! Neben den wohnheimseigenen Möbeln (Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank) habe ich außerdem ein paar meiner eigenen Möbel in dem Apartment aufgebaut, sodass du ein 1,40 m Bett, einen kleinen Küchentisch, Balkonmöbel, Geschirr etc. und ein paar Extras vorfinden wirst. Das Wohnheim ist super praktisch gelegen, direkt auf dem Campus Neuenheim bei den naturwissenschaftlichen Einrichtungen, der Klinik, dem DKFZ, der Mensa und es ist auch nicht weit zur PH! Ansonsten liegt es direkt am Neckar, 20 min zu Fuß/7 min mit dem Fahrrad vom Bahnhof und 15 min mit dem Fahrrad von der Altstadt entfernt. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür und die Straßenbahn ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr praktisch ist hier in Heidelberg natürlich ein Fahrrad! Hierfür gibt es einen Fahrradkeller im Haus und wenn du magst, kann ich dir ein Fahrrad vermitteln. Außerdem gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Benutzung im Keller.

Zusätzlich zu den 305€ Warmmiete fallen nur 17,50€ pro Monat an GEZ Gebühren an. Internet gibt es als LAN und WLAN und ansonsten ist eigentlich alles vorhanden. Das Apartment liegt im neunten Stock des Gebäudes, aber keine Angst: neben den Treppen gibt es auch noch zwei Aufzüge.
Da ich noch nicht ganz sicher weiß, wann ich zurückkommen werde, ist das Auszugsdatum auch noch verhandelbar. Melde dich einfach, wenn du interessiert bist und stelle auch gerne noch Fragen wenn etwas unklar sein sollte!

As I will go abroad for a practical, I will sublet my apartment in the student housing INF 129. Since the landlord is the Studierendenwerk, only enrolled students of the University of Heidelberg or the PH are eligible to take it, also for the sub rent.
The apartment is fully furnished, has an own bathroom, a kitchenette, and a balcony with a very nice view on the Neckar. In addition to the furniture provided by the student housing (desk, cupboard, shelf), I will leave some of my own things for you to use (1.40 m bed, a small kitchen table, shelves, dishes and cutlery and a few extras). The student housing is located on the campus Neuenheim, close to the scientific institutes, the hospital, the DKFZ, the mensa and the PH. It is also very close to the train station (7 min by bike/ 20 min by foot), the old town (15 min by bike) and bus/ tram are easy to reach. Since biking is very popular in Heidelberg, there is also an opportunity to store your bike in the basement of the house and if you like I can let you know how to get a bike for the time of your stay. Washing machines and dryer are also available in the house.

The 305€ rent include everything except of 17.50€ for the broadcast contribution, which is mandatory for every German household. WIFI and LAN are provided. The apartment is on the 9th floor of the building, but no worries: next to the stairs, two elevators may help you carry your stuff!
