Hallo,
wir sind ein Paar (27 und 26 Jahre alt) und studieren im Master an der THI. Wir suchen eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Ingolstadt ab dem 20. Mai 2025. Wir haben keine Kinder und keine Haustiere. Unsere Mietvorstellung liegt bei 450–550 €, die Kaution sollte maximal eine Monatsmiete betragen.
