Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter, da ich vor Ablauf meiner 3-monatigen Kündigungsfrist ausziehen möchte. Die Zusatzkosten werden dort jedoch nicht erwähnt und meine Wohnung ist größer als die auf den Fotos. Schauen Sie sich die Fotos an, die ich hier hochgeladen habe.

Der Ort ist ideal für Studierende der RPTU, 10 Minuten vom Campus und 15 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Es gibt einen Fitnessraum, eine Tiefgarage, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum einschließlich einer Gemeinschaftsküche, eine Terrasse mit Grill und einen Waschraum im Gebäude, alles kostenlos. Sämtliche Möbel gehören zur Wohnung. Am Eingang befindet sich während der Geschäftszeiten ein Büro, das für die Verwaltung und die Bearbeitung Ihrer Fragen und Probleme geöffnet ist. Sehr hilfreich, wenn das Haus repariert werden muss. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, wenn man sie von vorne betritt, und blickt auf den Garten auf der Rückseite.

I'm looking for a new tenant because I want to move out before my 3-month notice period expires. You can visit the official website https://www.staytoo.de/studentenapartments-kaiserslautern/. However, the additional costs are not mentioned there and my apartment is larger than the one in the photos. Check out the photos I uploaded here.

The location is ideal for RPTU students, 10 minutes from campus and 15 minutes from the main train station. There is a gym, underground parking, a large common room including a shared kitchen, a terrace with a grill and a laundry room in the building, all free of charge. All furniture belongs to the apartment. There is an office at the entrance during business hours that is open for administration and to deal with your questions and problems. Very helpful when the house needs repairs. The apartment is on the ground floor as you enter from the front and overlooks the garden at the rear.

Rent: €559 (€366.65 basic rent, €142.35 operating costs, €50 SSG additional costs)
Deposit €1099.95
One-off service fee: €440.00
The rent covers everything including internet and is fixed.

Move-in is only possible from March 15th. If you are seriously interested, we can arrange a viewing appointment at short notice.
