Request for Flats at Karlsruhe for about 1 year move in Oct. 1

I am a new postdoc researcher at KIT and I am currently searching for a shared room or a 1-room apartment in Karlsruhe, available by October 1 at the latest. I am interested in a long-term rental, preferably for a duration of 1 year, but I am open to considering other rental periods as well.

Acquiring my PhD from Cambridge, UK, I mainly speak English. I don't have any pets and I don't smoke or drink. I am a clean and quiet individual who values a peaceful living environment. It is OK if the room is located a bit further away from the city center. Information such as proof of income is available by request.
