Die Wohnung ist 25qm groß und besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Küche (2 Herdplatten + Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach), einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Balkon.
Sie befindet sich im 1.OG und ist samt Balkon in den Innenhof gerichtet, weshalb es sich um eine ruhige Lage handelt.
Im Haus wohnen hauptsächlich Studenten und Azubis und diese werden auch als Mieter für die Wohnung gesucht.

Waschmaschine gibt es im Keller und im Waschsalon im Nebengebäude (UniSpace).

Zur Tramstation "Weserspitze" braucht man zu Fuß 3 Minuten, von dort kommt man in die Innenstadt und zur Unihaltestelle.

Zu Fuß braucht man zum Uni Campus am Hopla oder zum Klinikum 10-15 Minuten.

Edeka, Lidl, Kiosks und eine Tankstelle sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zu Kaufland braucht man etwa 10.

Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit ÖPNV 15 Minuten, zum Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe 20.

Bevorzugt Studenten oder Azubis.
