Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und alle Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs sind zu Fuß erreichbar (4 min zur FH, 3 min zum Supermarkt Inntalcenter, 4 min zum oberer Stadtplatz (Bushaltestelle Sandoz/ Novartis), 3 min zum Kino).
Zustand der Wohnung (41 m^2) ist neuwertig (2017). Sie verfügt über einen Balkon (ca. 5 m^2) Fußbodenheizung, elektrische Jalousien, Wohnraumlüftung, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Im Preis von insgesamt 735 Euro Warmmiete sind Betriebskosten + Strom + Wifi + GIS inkludiert. Es kommen keine weiteren Kosten auf dich zu.
Nach Vereinbarung besteht die Möglichkeit im Anschluss an das befristete Mietverhältnis die Garconniere dauerhaft unmöbiliert zu übernehmen.
