Flat/Studio required for female mature student

Hello there,

I am a female looking for one room flat/studio to live in the whole academic year, from September/October 2017 until August/September 2018. I am a mature student at the University of Edinburgh and am going on a year exchange to Leuphana University, to carry on my studies on Sustainable Development. I am very tidy, responsible and quiet. I am not looking for an exciting night life, but a quiet and simple life in a small city like Lunenburg.
I would like a bright flat with good working heating. I don't mind the location of the flat, as long as it is well communicated either by bus or by bike, and not extremely far from the University.
