Hallo,
da wir den Sommer in Berlin verbringen wollen, bieten wir unsere Wohnung im Zeitraum 06.07.-18.8. zur Zwischenmiete (120€ pro Woche incl. Internet, Telefonflatrate auch ins dt. Festnetz) an. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit 140x200-Bett, Bad, WC und einem Wohnzimmer mit Durchreiche zur kleinen Küche, dazu kommt ein Mezzaningeschoss, wo sich ebenfalls noch eine Matratze und ein kleines Sofa befinden.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr angenehm im alten "Seidenweberviertel" Croix Rousse (Cafés, Restaurants, Markt direkt vor der Haustür, bis zum Rathaus/zur Oper läuft man 10 Minuten bergab), man schaut vom Wohnzimmer direkt auf den 'Gros Caillou' und kann bei gutem Wetter über die Stadt bis zum Mont Blanc sehen.
Was den Zeitraum und die Mietdauer betrifft sind wir einigermaßen flexibel (schön wären mindestens 2-3 Wochen am Stück), ruf(t) am besten einfach an oder schreib(t) eine Mail.
