Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof und ist damit sehr ruhig. Obwohl sie im 2. OG ist, gibt es durch die Struktur des Gebäudes über der Wohnung keine andere. Dadurch kann man in Ruhe lernen oder entspannen. Auch hat man dadurch die Möglichkeit sich auf der Feuertreppe aufzuhalten. Sie ist 23 qm2 groß, mit drei großen Fenstern und einer abgerundeten Wand, wodurch sie äußerst geräumig ist.
Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Induktionsherd mit zwei Platten, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und eine Mikrowelle mit Grill- und Backfunktion.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, in dem man sicher sein Rad abschließen kann. Des Weiteren befinden sich dort Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Das Gebäude wird regelmäßig wöchentlich gereinigt.

The apartment faces the courtyard and is therefore very quiet. Although it is on the 2nd floor, there is not another one above due to the structure of the building. This allows you to study or relax in peace. Also, this gives you the opportunity to chill on the fire escape. The apartment 23 sqm2, with three large windows and a rounded wall, making it extremely spacious.
The equipment includes a two-plate induction stove, a refrigerator with freezer and a microwave with grill and baking function.
There is a bicycle cellar where you can safely lock your bike. Furthermore, there are washing machines and dryers. The building is cleaned regularly on a weekly basis.

Die vollmöblierte Wohnung befindet sich in der Innenstadt in der Nähe des Best Western Hotels. Zum Paradeplatz sind es zu Fuß 7 oder mit dem ÖPNV 2 Minuten, zum Wasserturm 15 zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV 6 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist unmittelbar in der Nähe zum Universitätsbereich A5, wo die Fakultäten für Sozialwissenschaften sowie für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Wirtschaftsmathematik liegen. Zum Schloss dauert es nur 12 Minuten. Des Weiteren erreicht man sehr schnell die Rheinwiesen zum Joggen oder Spazieren.
Ein Netto und ein Aldi sind sehr nah, wobei man mit einigen Schritten mehr am Marktplatz deutlich mehr Alternativen hat.

The fully furnished apartment is located in the city center near the Best Western Hotel. To the Paradeplatz it is a 7 minute walk or 2 minutes by public transport, to the Wasserturm 15 minutes walk or 6 minutes by public transport.
The apartment is right next to the university area A5, where the faculties of social sciences and business informatics and mathematics are located. It takes only 12 minutes to the Schloss - the main building of the University of Mannheim. Furthermore, you can reach the Rhine meadows very quickly for jogging or walking.
A Netto and an Aldi are very close, although with a few steps more at the marketplace you have significantly more alternatives to shop for groceries etc.
