Ich suche nach einer kleinen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit mindestens 20m^2 für maximal 300€ Gesamtmiete. Ich beginne ab nächstem Semester mein Forensikstudium an der HS Mittweida. Daher benötige ich bis spätestens zum 01.10.2022 eine Wohnung, am besten in Uninähe. Eine Waschmaschine zur Mitbenutzung wäre vorteilhaft.
