ich suche für die Zeit Anfang Feb bis Mitte Sep einen Zwischenmieter. Was die Zeit
an geht bin ich flexibel und kann abgesprochen werden.
In der Miete 420€ ist alles enthalten. Die Kaution bekommt man natürlich zurück
wenn nicht wirklich was kaputt ist. Aber hatte da noch nie Schwierigkeiten
mit einem Zwischenmieter.
Das Appartement ist in einem Studenten Wohnheim. Es ist relativ ruhig hier
sodass man nich gestört ist.
Im Appartement ist ein eigenes Bad und eine Küchenzeile, also alles
kann allein genutzt werden.
Die Möbel, TV ect. bleibt alles drin.
Die Lage ist perfekt da vor der Haustür die Tramstation ist. Damit fährt man
in einer Minute zum Hauptbahnhof! Netto, Tengelmann, Aldi ist alles in der Nähe.
Bitte schreibt kurz was ihr in München macht und in welchem Zeitraum ihr
das Appartement mieten möchtet.
