Hallo alle miteinander,
da ich Anfang März mein Praxissemester in einer anderen Stadt absolvieren werde, suche ich ab dem 15.2.2019 einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung . Sie befindet sich in der Woldegkertsraße 34.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Flur, eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, und ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche.Ein Waschmachinenanschluss ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Momentan wasche ich meine Wäsche im Waschraum in der Woldegkerstraße 30. Man bezahlt 2 € pro Waschgang und 50 ct je 20 Minuten für den Trockner.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Die Hochschule ist mit dem Fahrrad ungefähr in 10 Minuten. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Etage, in der sich die Wohnung befindet ist recht ruhig, sodass man gut nachts schlafen kann. Aus dem Fenster hat man einen direkten Ausblick auf die Neubrandenburger Oststadt.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und freue mich auf eine Antwort
