The optimal is driving by car, the nearest train station is between 10/15 min riding with bike.
It is 24km to munich, and with car it takes 15-20 min.
The only condition to rent the hause is that i will leave the bed that i bought, brand new from ikea, which is to be sell for 200€.
The contract will be until June of next year due to a reform, after this reform around 3 months, you are welcome to move back to the house.
The owners are a couple from Bavaria and they are really lovely persons.
The house is just for 1 person, the owners say so and they live in the 1 floor.

The apartment is situated in the countryside, it is a calm area away from the noise and the stress.
The apartment it is 5 km from the nearest S-bahn sation (in neufahrn), 10/15 min with bike, trough non traffic roads.
It is also 24 km to Munich, 15/20 min by car.
To the airport from the Neufahrn's S-bahn station it takes just 8 min with a frequency of a train each 20 min till after midnight. Going by car it takes from home till the Airport 13 min.
