Es handelt sich um ein Apartment im 3 OG eines Studentenwohnheims in Potsdam Golm. Bis zum 30.09.2019 suche ich eine/n Untermieter/in. Danach besteht die Möglichkeit auf eine Nachvermietung durch das Studentenwerk Potsdam. Die Miete beträgt warm (inkl. Nebenkosten) 310€ im Monat. Eine Kaution von 300€ ist zu hinterlegen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Einbauschrank, ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch, zwei Stühle, einen Rollcontainer und ein Regal. Außerdem ist eine Küche vorhanden.
Es gibt einen Waschmaschinenraum im 1 OG.
Das Wohnheim ist in Potsdam Golm gelegen. Zum Bahnhof Golm braucht man zu Fuß ca. 5-8 Minuten. Es gibt einen REWE-Markt in der Nähe (ca.10 Minuten entfernt). Der Campus Golm, der Universität Potsdam ist fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Deine Voraussetzungen:
- Student/in der Uni Potsdam, der Fachhochschule Potsdam oder der Filmhochschule Potsdam.
- du bist unter 30 Jahre alt
- du bist kein Promotionsstudent und hast noch kein abgeschlossenes Studium
- im besten Fall stehst du schon auf der Warteliste des Studentenwerks Potsdam
