The apartment is located near the Echelmeyer Park in a residential complex. It is quite well connected to public transport. You can reach three different bus stops by foot in 2-5 mins: Deutscherentenversicherung, Brauerstraße and An der Trift. One can reach the university in less than 15 mins with bus.
The apartment is on the third floor and is the very last one in the row, so you have only one neighbour and nobody else walks through the corridor, so there's no disturbance round the clock.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Echelmeyer Parks in einer Wohnanlage. Es ist recht gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Zu Fuß erreichst du drei verschiedene Bushaltestellen in 2-5 Minuten: Deutscherentenversicherung, Brauerstraße und An der Trift. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die Uni innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist die allerletzte in der Reihe, du hast also nur einen Nachbarn und niemand sonst geht durch den Flur, sodass es rund um die Uhr zu keiner Störung kommt.
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement of the building that can be used with tokens. There's also enough space in the basements to hang clothes for drying.
The 30€ extra cost is an estimate for the electricity bill which would be adjusted at the end of the rental period based on your usage.
!! The apartment is only available for the month of march as sublet, not for long term !!

Im Keller des Gebäudes gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die gegen Waschmarken genutzt werden können. In den Kellern gibt es auch genügend Platz, um Kleidung zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.
Bei den zusätzlichen Kosten von 30€ handelt es sich um einen Schätzwert für die Stromrechnung, der am Ende der Mietzeit entsprechend deiner Nutzung angepasst wird.
!! Die Wohnung ist nur für einen Monat und zwar für März zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar, nicht langfristig !!
