Looking for Studio / Small Apartment nearby the University of St Gallen

Ladies and Gentleman,

I will be in St Gallen from from FEB/2012 to MAY/2012 for an MBA exchange term at the University of St Gallen . I need to find a place ready to live, in this period. I look for a studio or small apartment (room, kitchen, bathroom) with all utilities included. These are some requisites:
- Totally furnished (bed => 2m, wardroble, desk, chair,..);
- Clean
- Good heating system
- If possible, electronic devices: refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV..
- Individual bathroom with douche;
- Wash and dry machine available in the building;
- Wireless internet;
- Not more than 2 KM from the Uni St Gallen;
