The living area of approximately 20 sqm is equipped with a double bed, a TV and a table with armchairs. The modern bathroom with shower and WC is also fully equipped.
W-LAN, electricity, water, heating and the TV-fee are included in the total rent of monthly € 600,00. This apartment is only rented to a weekend home-commuter and non-smoking person. Minimum rental period is 2 months.
