Wir vermieten in unserer schönen aber renoveirungsbedürftigen Altbauwohnung direkt im Hinterhaus am Gartenfeldplatz 2 Zimmer (16m2 & 12m2) unserer 3-Zimmerwohnung. Sie wird ab August saniert.
Das 3. Zimmer wird als Büro Mo.-Fr. von uns selbst 8:00-17:00Uhr genutzt.
Deshalb vorzugsweise Vermietung an berufstätjge Person, die in dieser Zeit unterwegs ist.
Es gibt von der Küche aus einen direkten Zugang zu einem Hof. Allerdings wird hier in den näcjsten Wochen ein Gerüst gestellt da Fassadenarbeiten anstehen. Der Hof wird demnach nur eingeschränkt nutzbar sein.
Keine WG möglich! Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert, alles was auf den Fotos ist bleibt.
Zum Beispiel Hochbett, weißer Schrank, Einbauküche, Kühlschrank, Tisch & Eckbank.
1 Bett & ggf. eine Couch wird noch benötigt!
Lampen können wir getne noch aufhängen:).
