It is very quiet and cozy here - and yet you are in a few minutes walk in the middle of the pedestrian area. REWE, cinema, gym, swimming pool, bars, clubs etc. are also just a stone's throw away.
The situation can therefore be called 1A.
Sehr ruhig und gemütlich ist´s hier - und doch ist man in ein paar Gehminuten mitten in der Fußgängerzone. REWE, Kino, Fitnessstudio, Schwimmbad, Bars, Clubs etc. sind auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Die Lage kann man also als 1A bezeichnen.
Two students are still looking for female support for the WG.
In total there are three apartments in the house, all designed as WGs. Mostly Fhler, but also a few Praktis can be found here. A colorful mix of young people.
Zwei Studentinnen suchen noch nach weiblicher Unterstützung für die WG.
Insgesamt gibt es im Haus drei Wohnungen, die alle als WGs ausgelegt sind. Hauptsächlich Fhler, aber auch ein paar Praktis sind hier anzutreffen. Ein bunter Mix junger Leute.
There is a door at the bottom, but on the floor where the room is offered, instead of an apartment door only a curtain. Of course, the room offered also has a room door. But otherwise only further Studis live there, that is not a problem.
In the garden there is a nice barbecue area with beer benches and table.
Washing machine and dryer in the washing room can be used free of charge.
Minimum rental period up to 31.08.2026, very much but also longer.
Es gibt unten eine Haustüre, aber auf dem Stockwerk, auf dem das Zimmer angeboten wird, statt einer Wohnungstür nur einen Vorhang. Selbstverständlich hat das angebotene Zimmer aber auch wiederum eine Zimmertüre. Da aber sonst nur weitere Studis dort wohnen, ist das eigentlich kein Problem.
Im Garten gibt es einen schönen Grillplatz mit Bierbänken und -tisch.
Waschmaschine und Trockner im Waschraum können gerne kostenlos mitbenutzt werden.
Mindestmietdauer bis 31.08.2026, sehr gerne aber auch länger.
