Ich suche ab sofort eine/n Nachmieter/Nachmieterin für meine Wohnung.
Sie ist in einem ruhigen Neubau-Wohngebiet und top modern + möbliert. Die Hochschule ist nur 500 Meter entfernt und ebenfalls fußläufig gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, dm, Müller, Apotheke). Man ist schnell im Grünen und am Ludwigsfelder Badesee und mit dem Bus in ca. 15min in der Ulmer Innenstadt.
Highlight der Wohnung ist der schöne Balkon mit Westausrichtung, von dem aus man den Sonnenuntergang sieht :)
Ich habe mich immer wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung und freue mich, wenn wieder ein/e Student/in sie als nächstes übernimmt.
Ein eigener Stellplatz ist auch vorhanden.
Das neuwertige Bett inkl. Lattenrost würde ich gerne für 160€ weiterverkaufen.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung teilmöbliert mit 2 Tischen, einem großen Schrank, einem Stuhl und Badmöbeln. Diese sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
