Long or short term Accomodation for 4 people

Hello! Hope you're doing well. I am Soji Mathew Jacob from India and I have currently started my masters at RWTH Aachen University. Presently the classes are online however I wish to travel from India to Aachen in the 2nd or maximum by the 3rd week of December. But this can change depending on when I would get a place to stay. I will be studying Masters in Science in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering. I had wished to come early but as you know the pandemic has slowed down everything everywhere. I come from a middle class, South Indian, Mar Thoma Christian family. I wish to have a good career in the field of Computational Mechanics which is interesting and complicated. I do not smoke or drink nor expect to do at all in future. I am a very neat and tidy person. As far as German language proficiency is concerned. I can tell you that I might not be completely fluent but I am learning very quickly. I have passed the level A1 level at RWTH after preparing for about a month and currently attending the classes for A2 level at RWTH as it is a part of my curriculum. I am pretty sure that I would be way more fluent in a few months’ time. I along with my 3 friends are looking for a place. We are from the same bachelor's college here in India (of the same age (23)) and also have been good friends for many years. We have also stayed together in such homes in the past. So the usual rule for flat sharing would not be a problem for us wherein each one would have a room to himself and we would be more than glad to share and adjust the entire space between us as a family. If you're wondering how all of us would manage in this place, then we would me more than happy to explain it to you maybe over a whatsapp call :). But really if it's okay from your side we are happy to live together :) Also we not at all into partying and all as we are already loaded heavily enough with studies to keep ourselves busy. Taking care of the apartment is something we would do dearly. I can assure you completely that we will take care of the apartment as our own houses and would never create any nuisance or reason for complaint. You can completely trust us with your lovely place :). We all are complete non smokers and also as mentioned earlier not at all into parties, so making sure that we do not create any kind of problems for our neighbours will be our duty which we will abide to.

Our budget is 950 Euros warm (including all costs). If it's fully or partially furnished, then a little greater amount can also be agreed upon
