Das Haus wurde 2012 saniert, ist ab sofort zu vermieten und bestens für eine WG oder Familie geeignet. Das Haus hat eine große Wohnküche mit einer modernen Einbauküche (inkl. Elektrogeräte) und vier Zimmer. (Ein großes Zimmer im EG mit ca 18m2 und drei Zimmer im OG mit ca 12m2). Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen gemütlichen Hinterhof mit Fahrradkeller.
Die Lage ist Bonn Kessenich ist sehr attraktiv und zentrumsnah: die Straßenbahnlinien 61 und 62 fahren alle 5 Minuten Richtung Innenstadt und die U-Bahnhaltestelle Heussallee ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man ebenfalls schnell an der Uni und der Stadt.
Außerdem gibt es in Kessenich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (DM, REWE und LIDL sind um die Ecke) und viele Cafés und Kneipen und der Bonner Südstadt sind nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
