Location
The House is located in a very nice and calm neighbourhood. Near the Place St-Job, you will find every shops necessary. 5 min walk to the nearest tram station and just 10 min for the nearest train station. Around the house you will find a lot of parks and forest, perfect for joggers or dog owners. there is a basketball ground right outside the house.
The house is on three levels. The first one is the one with the garage, the laundry room, a toilette and a storage room. The second level is the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the terrasse (with the access to the huge garden). The living room is immense, with a TV and the wifi. A big space can be arrange for a working desk (because the room is not that big). The kitchen is typical and very good enlighten because of the big windows and the direct access to the garden. And the third level is the one with the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and two bathroom sinks.
the location is very pretty and lovely. The house is in a beautiful neighbourhood with typical Brussels house style.
You are near of everything. There are a lot of parks for long walks or for dog walks. There is one of the most famous Belgium Fries Restaurant 5 min walking from the house ;)
A lot of shops nearby, Groceries, Gas station, Butcher, Bakery etc. all on the same central place 5 min away from the house
