A nice, bright room measuring 14 square meters. A French balcony facing the garden offers a beautiful view at all times. The floor is made of laminate. The room can be taken over partially furnished (TV, DVD, TV cabinet, fold-out couch for sleeping). Another room, also 14 square meters facing the street, is also available.

Ruhig gelegen am Rand von Berlin liegt mein Haus ca 100 m vom Ufer entfernt am Peetzsee in Grünheide. Die Wohnsiedlung hat einen eigenen Steg und die nächste öffentliche Badestelle ist nur 250 m entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an der Grenze zu einem Wald. Die Natur lädt zum Wandern, Joggen und Fahrrad fahren ein. Wohnen wo andere Urlaub machen.

My house is quietly located on the edge of Berlin, about 100 m from the shore on Lake Peetzsee in Grünheide. The residential area has its own jetty and the nearest public bathing area is only 250 m away. The house is located directly on the border of a forest. Nature invites you to go hiking, jogging and cycling. Living where others spend their holidays.

Im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist ein PKW Stellplatz im Carport. Zwei Fahrräder, die Waschmaschine, die Terrasse, der Grill und der Garten stehen der gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Eine Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Reinigung von Haus und Garten sehe ich als selbstverständlich an. Aktuell bin ich nur auf der Suche nach ein oder zwei weiblichen Mitbewohnerinnen.

Included in the rental price is a parking space in the carport. Two bicycles, the washing machine, the terrace, the barbecue and the garden are available for shared use. I see support in the care and cleaning of the house and garden as a matter of course. Currently I'm only looking for one or two female roommates.
