Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Bauernhaus von 1720, das 2018-2019 aufwendig saniert wurde. Es gibt 5-7 Schlafzimmer, eine neue Sauna, einen großen Pool, zwei historische Kamine, einen Außenkamin, einen Weinkeller und vieles mehr. Das Objekt kann ausschließlich im EG bewohnt werden (3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, Küche, Gästetoilette, Arbeitszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Sauna), in der 1. und 2. Etage gibt es 4 weitere Zimmer und ein Bad. Das Haus wurden auf sehr hohem Niveau kernsaniert.
Wir bewohnen das Objekt als Familie mit 2 Kindern und verbringen den Oktober und November im Ausland. Das Haus ist also für Kinder geeignet, Spielzeug und Betten sind vorhanden.
Die Lage ist ruhig. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig erreichbar.
