Das Haus ist alt, aber komplett modernisiert. Der Garten ist pflegeleicht.
Das Zimmer ist im 1.OG und ist etwa 16qm groß. Dazu gehört eine eigene Dachterrasse zum Garten raus.
Ein Duschbad im EG kannst du allein nutzen - das Bad im 1. OG kannst du mitbenutzen.
Küche, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Hauswirtschaftsraum benutzen wir gemeinsam.
Haus und Umgebung sind auch für Kinder gut geeignet.
Das Haus ist in Lohmar-Heide. Es gibt zwar ÖPNV mit Verbindung nach Siegburg und Lohmar, aber mit Auto hat man es hier deutlich leichter. Ich fahre täglich in die Kölner Innenstadt, evtl. lässt sich eine Fahrgemeinschaft bilden. Bis zur Autobahn sind es wenige Autominuten.
Es sind mehrere Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
Ich bin berufstätig und tagsüber meistens nicht zu Hause.

In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es noch eine weitere berufstätigen WG. Wir treffen uns schonmal zum kochen, trinken, quatschen oder Musik machen. Musiker welcome! Meine Anlage ist beim Nachbarn aufgebaut, also Spaß ohne Geräuschbelästigung im eigenen Haus ;-)
