warum ein ganzes Haus alleine bewohnen... Ich habe das Haus vor 10 Jahren gebaut und wohne dort inzwischen alleine. Es ist freistehend mit Garten und liegt im Ortskern von Butzheim. Das ist ein kleines Dorf in Rommerskirchen. Zur Bahn, die Non-Stop nach Ehrenfeld (drei Stationen 20min) und HBF (vier Stationen 25min) fährt läuft man 15 Minuten. Autostellplatz und Garage vorhanden. Ich selber bin Pädagoge und arbeite in der Jugendhilfe. Ich bin Raucher, allerdings nicht viel und nicht im Haus. Ich würde mein Haus als großzügig und toll ausgestattet beschreiben. Du hast ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne zur Verfügung. Waschmaschine, Trockner usw. stehen ebenfalls zur freien Verfügung. Meine Küche hat einen Gasherd sowie einen Side-by-side Kühlschrank.
Ich bin alles andere als spießig, auch wenn die Art des Hauses das ein wenig vermuten lässt. Es steht immer ein Becks im Kühlschrank und der Gasgrill läuft auch nicht selten.
