I would like to give my very comfortable and quiet room in a five-people shared flat, because I will move out earlier. Period of time is negotiable between 1 April to 1 Septemper. Registration is possible. The rental price is 285 EUR/month including all additional costs (water, electricity and internet). Please send me PM when interested.
The room is bright and cozy (10 m2) and has a nice view outside. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower and tub and the kitchen is fully equiped (dish washer))
The location of the apartment is near Rothe Erde, and quiet on Ningbostrasse 12.
The room in the apartment is only for one person.
Equipment in the room:
- single bed (1.20 x 2.00 meters) including a mattress
- a desk
- drawers

The house is located in quiet district east from aachen center. We have a nice garden.

At this time there are living three other persons. Nico, who’s a musician and working in geoinformatics, Me student of FH aachen GBE, and Mirakbar, who’s a student of electrical engineering.

Sometimes we are meeting in the kitchen and having a small chat but basicly everybody has his own live. So if you search for a quiet place with nice people, feel welcome to contact me.
