Das WG Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Eingang. Bad und Stellplatz sind verfügbar. Durch die Renovierung fehlen noch die Küche und ein großteil von Möbeln. Momentan nur ein Sofa und Teppich im Wohnzimmer. In dem Wg Zimmer ist alles leergeräumt und man muss es selbst möblieren. Mit Rücksprache lässt sich auch viel ändern. Es sollte alles flexibel sein. Da man nach München mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln 45 min brauchen und mit Auto ca 30 min da Autobahn in der Nähe ist.

Sehr zentral in Anzing. Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nebenan. Anzing hat auch Cafes, Restaurants und eigtl alles ist vor Ort zu erreichen. Direkt ggü ist der Friseur.

Ich selbst bin recht häufig daheim und mache viel am Computer. Am besten jemand der das versteht und akzeptieren kann. Meine Familie wohnt nebenan und würde für Notfälle einspringen. Haustiere kann mit Rücksprache wahrscheinlich auch vereinbar sein.
