Eine schöne, große Altbauwohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone in Aurich.
Ich selber bin Raucher, rauche aber nur auf dem Balkon.
Die 400,- € sind die Gesamtmiete. Darin ist derzeit DSL mit enthalten.
Eventuell könnten wir auch über einen Zimmertausch reden. Ich würde dann das größere Zimmer nehmen und du würdest weniger Miete zahlen.
Für die Wohnung wurde von meiner noch-Mitbewohnerin eine Kaution in Höhe von 980.-€ hinterlegt. Wir müssten noch besprechen, wie wir mit diesem Betrag umgehen.
