Es ist ein 175qm großes Haus mit Sauna, beheißten Pool. Die untere Etage ist komplett für den WG Bereich geöffnet. Der obere Teil wird durch meinen Mitbewohner und mich bewohnt. Rauchen ist draußen und im Carport möglich. In den Preisen sind Internet, Disney+, Netflix enthalten. Bei der Sauna müsste bei Nutzung sich am Holz beteiligt werden. Das Haus ist ein Smarthome Licht und Rollläden sind über Alexa die sich in jedem Raum befindet Steuerbar.
Die Verkehrsverbindungen ist via Bus und Auto in die nächste Stadt gut zu erreichen. Bus fährt jede Stunde. Im nächsten Dorf ca. 5 km gibt es ein E-Center, Lidl, Aldi, NP, Rossmann und alles was man für das nötigste braucht. Ansonsten ist Beedenbostel eine 1000 Einwohner Dorf mit seinen ruhigen aber wenn man will auch tollen Facetten.
Die Mitbewohner sind mein guter Kumpel Tomek und ich, alle 14 Tage sind unsere Töchter bei uns und wir verbringen immerzu gemütliche und ruhige Abende. Ganz nach dem Motto "take it Easy". Wir freuen uns eine neue oder neuen Mitbewohnerin oder Bewohner in unserer Mitte zu begrüßen.
