Durch die hohen Decken hat man ein angenehmes Raumgefühl.
Verbrauchsmittel, welche man im Haushalt benötigt, wie z.B. Hygiene, Gewürze und eben alles so was man als Grundausstattung in einer Küche oder zum Reinigen benötigt ist, vorhanden und im Preis mit drin.

You are welcome to invite friends over for dinner, but an overnight stay of guests is not allowed! It's not a party flat.
