Ich vermiete bis Ende Juni/Anfang Juli ein Zimmer in meiner schönen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Friedenau / Schöneberg. Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert - je nachdem, was du brauchst, können Möbel stehen bleiben oder in mein Zimmer gestellt werden. Das Zimmer hat zwei sehr große Fenster, ist dadurch sehr hell. Da es zum Hof rausgeht ist es auch sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nahe der Ringbahn-Station Bundesplatz in Berlin Friedenau. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, sehr grün, trotzdem hat man alles was man braucht um die Ecke.
Ich bin Floriane, 25, und ich bin Referendarin an einer Schule in Schöneberg. Ich mache in meiner Freizeit viel Musik, spiele Fußball und bin gerne mit Freund*innen unterwegs - ob in Bars, am Wochenende tanzen, zum Radfahren oder Kaffee trinken. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir in der WG ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis aufbauen und wir nicht nur eine Zweck-WG sind. Ich bin offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen, aber verstehe, wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir ziemlich wichtig - es wäre cool, wenn wir da eine ähnliche Vorstellung haben.
