4 entspannte Männer & Frauen zwischen 25 und 47 (homo, hetero, queer, von Öko- bis Trashfood) suchen ab 12.6. entspannten Mitbewohner für ein großes Berliner Zimmer (29qm) mit Holzdielen für insgesamt €400,- in einer insgesamt ca. 200 qm großen Altbauwohnung mit Küchenbalkon im 3. Stock in einer Seitenstraße in Friedrichshain (Nähe U-/S-Bahn Warschauer Straße).
Wir sind alle berufstätig (arbeiten zum Teil zuhause) und erwachsen genug, um nicht mehr über Putzen u.ä. diskutieren zu müssen & leben weder in einer Zweck-WG noch in einer Ersatzfamilie.
Wir suchen einen langfristigen Mitbewohner, aber kürzere Mietdauer (mindestens 2 Monate) geht auch. Für langfristig brauchst du einen WBS (Wohnberechtigungsschein)!
Haustiere und Pärchen können wir leider nicht aufnehmen.

*sorry for needing 2-3 days to reply, we get a lot of requests and it takes a while for 4 people to agree on a consensus who is interesting*
4 relaxed men & women between 25 and 47 (homo, hetero, queer, equally likely to eat organic and junk food) are looking for a relaxed flatmate starting June 12th. We are offering a big Berliner Zimmer (29 sq.m.). The room has beautiful wooden floor boards and is €400,- all inclusive.
The flat is about 200 sq.m. and has a large kitchen with a large balcony. It is on the third floor of an old building in a by-road in Friedrichshain, near S/U Warschauer Straße.
All of us are employed (partly self-employed, partly working from home). We are grown up enough for necessities such as cleaning to just work. We are not just sharing the flat for economic reasons, but we are not a surrogate family either.
We are looking for a long term flat mate, but shorter stays, at least 2 months, are also possible. For long term rent you need a WBS (Wohnberechtigungsschein)! (You can apply for a WBS after moving in. To apply for a WBS you need to make less than about €17000 per year, and be a German or EU citizen, or from outside the EU with an Aufenthaltserlaubnis for minimum 1 year.)
We cannot take couples or pets.
