Die Lage:
Das Zimmer ist zur Seitenstraße gelegen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im Friedrichshainer Kiez, nur 3 Minuten vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt.
Es sind maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn Ostkreuz und zur U-Bahn Samariterstraße.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und es ist alles da, was zu brauchst (Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.) Du kannst aber auch deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Wir arbeiten beide von zu Hause aus und wünschen uns jemanden, der arbeitsbedingt oder privat viel unterwegs ist, damit es hier nicht zu trubelig wird. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen jemanden, mit dem es menschlich passt. Uns ist Nachhaltigkeit, eine ehrliche Kommunikation und ein freundschaftliches Miteinander wichtig.

We are two open minded people and are looking for a reliable and tidy person.
The room is completely furnished as well as the rest of the flat. Its also possible to bring your own furniture of course.
We are looking for someone who does not work or study from home because both of us are freelancing from home and one more person doing the same would be too much.
Nevertheless we are looking for someone to vibe with as we aim for engaging a harmonic atmosphere in our flat where a honest communication and connection is possible.
You will live in a silent and green neighborhood right in the middle of Friedrichshain. Its just a few footsteps away from Boxhagener Platz and Sonntagstraße, where you can find many leisure facilities, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, bars and clubs all within a 5 minute walk. Its also close to Shopping, Entertainment facilities, Bio and Flea markets.
Would be happy if you send a few infos about you including your age. A Facebook or Instagram link to get a first impression would be great=)
