The bright room is 19m2 and equipped with two windows with a wide window bench (for example for your plants). It has parquet flooring as well as, as typical for old building, high ceilings. It also offers enough space for bed, sofa, wardrobe etc. In the room there is a sofa that has to stay in, but you don't have to pay for it. Bed and wardrobe, secretary and chair can stay in there with interest.
The apartment itself has a bathroom with shower tub.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and microwave. If you love coffee just like me, you can look forward to various options: from capsule machine to French press to Bialetti and screen carrier machine we have everything to offer.
The highlight of our apartment is the spacious balcony, accessible via the kitchen and my room. There you will find everything the heart desires: a folding table, adjustable chairs and a small sofa corner for relaxing and reading. Here we will be happy in summer, whether for breakfast, dinner or a small chat for coffee.
Das helle Zimmer ist 19m2 groß und mit zwei Fenstern mit breiter Fensterbank (zum Beispiel für deine Pflanzen) ausgestattet. Es verfügt über Parkettboden sowie, wie für Altbau typisch, hohe Decken. Zudem bietet es ausreichend Platz für Bett, Sofa, Schrank etc. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Sofa, das drin bleiben muss, allerdings musst du dafür keine Ablösesumme zahlen. Bett und Garderobe, Sekretär und Stuhl können bei Interesse drin bleiben.
Die Wohnung selbst verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne.
Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sowie Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Wenn du Kaffee genauso liebst wie ich, kannst du dich auf verschiedene Möglichkeiten freuen: Von Kapselmaschine über French Press bis zu Bialetti und Siebträgermaschine haben wir alles zu bieten.
Das Highlight unserer Wohnung ist der großzügige Balkon, der über die Küche und mein Zimmer zugänglich ist. Dort findest du alles, was das Herz begehrt: Einen ausklappbaren Tisch, verstellbare Stühle sowie eine kleine Sofaecke zum Entspannen und Lesen. Hier machen wir es uns im Sommer gerne gemütlich, ob für Frühstück, Abendessen oder einen kleinen Plausch zum Kaffee.
The WG is centrally located directly in Berlin Mitte. The Museum Island and Spree are 10 to 15 minutes walk. Shops such as supermarkets, bakers and drugstore are also within a 10-minute walk. Metro and S-Bahn as well as tram and bus are also within 10 minutes walking distance.
Die WG befindet sich in zentraler Lage direkt in Berlin Mitte. Zur Museumsinsel und Spree sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermärkte, Bäcker und Drogerie sind ebenfalls in einem Umkreis von ca. 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. U- und S-Bahn sowie Tram und Bus sind ebenfalls nur bis zu 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.
I spend quite a lot of time at home as I work most of the home office. In the evening I am usually on the go at sport or salsa. The latter I dance very intensively and it makes the majority of my free time. Otherwise, I'm looking for a roommate who likes to do things together, be it chatting on the balcony with a coffee, one of the numerous cafes or restaurants or tasting a new sport. Generally, it would be great to welcome an open person who wants to do things together, but also appreciates being able to retreat.

Ich verbringe recht viel Zeit zu Hause, da ich zum Großteil aus dem Home Office arbeite. Im Feierabend bin ich meist unterwegs beim Sport oder Salsa. Letzteres tanze ich sehr intensiv und es macht den Großteil meiner Freizeit aus. Ansonsten suche ich nach einer Mitbewohnerin, die gerne auch mal Sachen gemeinsam unternehmen möchte, sei es auf auf dem Balkon bei einem Kaffee plaudern, eines der zahlreichen Cafes oder Restaurants austesten oder eine neue Sportart probieren. Generell wäre es toll, eine offene Person willkommen zu heißen, die Lust darauf hat, gemeinsam Dinge zu unternehmen, es aber auch schätzt, sich mal zurückziehen zu können.
