Der Raum ist rechteckig, fast quadratisch. Das erste was dir auffällt, wenn du den Raum betrittst ist der Ofen. Schön anzusehen, aber leider unbenutzbar. Der Raum ist mit, durch die zum Balkon gerichtete Fensterfront (Ostwärts), durchscheinenden Lichtstrahlen, hell erleuchtet. Der Balkon ist ungefähr 4 m². Der Raum selbst 24 m². Die Decke ist 3.2 m hoch. Also hast du hohe weiße Wände und einen weiten Parkettfußboden. Zusätzlich zur Haupttür, hast du eine große, schöne, weiße Flügeltür. Die zwar auch nicht nutzbar ist, aber dem Raum ein weiteres nettes Accessoir bietet.
Die Küche ist zum Dreieck geschnitten. Eine Seite des Dreiecks bietet eine große Arbeitsfläche, sowie das Waschbecken und den Kühlschrank. Eine andere Seite enthält Tür und Regale. Der gemütliche kleine Esstisch ist in der Raum-Ecke am Fenster arrangiert. Die dritte Seite bietet den Platz für den Gasherd- und Ofen.
Mit dem Badezimmer hat der Architekt vermutlich versucht seine Großzügigkeit unter Beweis zu stellen. Denn darin findet Badewanne, Spülbecken, Toilette, Waschmaschiene und zwei Schränke, mühelos platz. Und du könntest trotzdem in der Mitte ein Zelt aufschlagen ohne die Nutzung des Badezimmers einzuschränken. (Schlage besser kein Zelt in der Mitte des Badezimmers auf. ;))
Wenn du Dinge außerhalb deines Zimmers verstauen möchtest, kannst du dazu gerne den Abstellraum, oder den Keller nutzen.

The room is rectangular almost quadratic. The first thing you will notice when entering the room, is the oven. Beautiful to look at, but sadly not useable. The room is brightly flooded with light by a window front directing to (east) the ~4m² balcony. The room itself is 24m² and 3.2m high. So you have big white walls and a wide wooden parquet. Additionally to the main door of the room there is a big and beautiful white hinged door. That also is not useable, but gives the room a good looking accessoir.
The kitchen is cut as a triangle. To one side of it you have a big work surface, a sink and the fridge. Another side contains the door and a shelving system. The cozy little dining table is arranged in the corner of the room, at the window. And the last side of the triangle gives place for the gas stove and oven.
With the bathroom the architect probably tried to prove his/her generosity. Easily the toilet, sink, bathtub, washing machine and two shelves find place in this room. And you still could let somebody camp in the middle of it without resticting its use. (Dont let people camp in the bathroom ;))
If you have to store some of your stuff outside of your room, you could use the storage room, or the cellar.

In der Nähe gibt es einen Sportpark, einen Hundepark, ein Einkaufszentrum, ein Fitnessstudio und unendlich Restaurants, Cafés und Spätis. Und alles andere was man sich wünschen kann, ist schnell und einfach mit den Öffis um die Ecke erreicht.

Close by you have a sport park, a dog park, a mall, a gym, infinite restaurants, cafés and spätis and everything else you desire is quick and easy reached by the high frequented public transportation around the corner.
Jeder macht sein ding, aber es ist auch schön ab und an ein gemeinsames Feierabendbier zu trinken. In unserer WG wird gerne in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und auch mal gemeinsam gegessen. Einige der Mitbewohner machen auch Sport zusammen. Wir haben einen wöchentlich wechselnden Putzplan und eine gemeinsame App Splitwise für WG Einkaufe( Toilettenpapier und Putzmittel)
Wir sind eine gemischte WG und international und LGBTQIA freundlich. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und von 1. April bis 31. Juli befristet bewohnbar.

Everybody does his thing, but its also nice to have a after-work beer together. We enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen and to eat together sometimes. Some of the us like to do sport together. We have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule and an app, named splittwise to simplify the organisation of our collective costs (Toilet Paper, Cleaning products,...) . We are mixed, international and LGBTQIA friendly.
