Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung, direkt am U-Schlossstraße. Sie wurde vor knapp 3 Jahren grundsaniert.
Alles ist sehr hochwertig und Neu eingerichtet. Besonders das Badezimmer ist wunderschön saniert, welches über eine Dusche und eine Badewanne verfügt. Es gibt auch eine Gästetoilette. Von der Küche geht ein Balkon Richtung Hof hinaus, dort ist es sehr ruhig.
Dein Zimmer ist 20 qm groß. Im Zimmer befinden sich 1 Kommode, ein Sofa, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett 140x200, ein Regal und ein großer Kleiderschrank.
Du hast Zugang zum W-LAN. Gern kannst du auch die Kücheneinrichtung mitbenutzen, gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme vorausgesetzt. 😉

The apartment is an old building, directly on U-Schlossstrasse. It was completely renovated almost 3 years ago.
Everything is very high quality and newly furnished. The bathroom in particular has been beautifully renovated and has a shower and a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet. From the kitchen there is a balcony facing the courtyard, where it is very quiet.
Your room is 20 square meters. The room has 1 chest of drawers, a sofa, a desk with chair, a bed 140x200, a shelf and a large wardrobe.
You have access to WiFi. You are also welcome to use the kitchen facilities, provided that you show mutual consideration. 😉
Police registration is not possible!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Nebenstraße der Schlossstraße.
Direkt gegenüber ist der Eingang zum U-Schlossstraße.
Außerdem fahren vielen Busse und die S-Bahn ist in direkter Nähe
Direkt gegenüber ist ein EDEKA, 3 min entfernt ein LIDEL und ein REWE sowie das Einkaufszentrum Das Schloss.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt vorhanden.

Directly opposite is the entrance to U-Schlossstrasse.

Ich bin 32 Jahre alt, selbstständig tätig. Meine Muttersprache ist deutsch, allerdings spreche ich auch englisch, was mit vorherigen Mitbewohnern immer sehr gut funktioniert hat. Ich bin Nichtraucher und habe keine Haustiere. Mir ist jede Ernährungsform meines Mitbewohners recht. ;) Ich bleibe in der Wohnung wohnen. Ich liebe Gesellschaftsspiele, entspannte Abende auf dem Balkon und biete wo ich kann meine Unterstützung an. Mein Sohn ist 8 Jahre alt und ist ab und zu bei mir.

Du solltest ein ruhiges Wesen mitbringen, ordentlich, verantwortungsbewusst und zuverlässig sein. Darüber hinaus ist mir wichtig, dass dein Deutsch oder Englisch verständlich ist. Herkunft, Geschlecht, Religion und Ernährungsweise sind für mich nicht entscheidend. Wichtig ist das du nicht rauchst, Drogen nimmst oder vorbestraft bist.
