ich entfliehe für eine Weile dem schmuddeligen Winter in Berlin und vermiete in der Zwischenzeit mein Zimmer in der WG. Aufgeteilt in Arbeits- und Schlafzimmer mit kleinem WC eignet es sich hervorragend zum Arbeiten von zu Hause aus. Großer Monitor und Teufel-Musikanlage können genutzt werden. Im Schlafzimmer findest du im Kleiderschrank ausreichend Platz. Außerdem gibt es eine 25 qm große Dachterrasse, die dazugehört, auch wenn die Saison leider nicht so gut ist.
Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert. Einzugs- und Auszugstermin sind einigermaßen flexibel. Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum ist 950€, kann aber auch taggenau angepasst werden.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Marie und Charlotte teilen. Da ich nicht in der WG wohnen werde, ist das Wichtigste, dass ihr euch gut versteht. Da beide sehr sympathisch sind, wird das sicher leicht sein.

I'm escaping from the grimy winter in Berlin for a while and am renting out my room in the shared flat in the meantime. Divided into a study and bedroom including a small WC, it is perfect for working from home. Large monitor and Teufel music system can be used. In the bedroom you will find enough space for clothes in the closet. There is also a 25 sqm roof terrace, which you can use as you wish, even if the season is unfortunately not so good.
The rooms are fully furnished. Move-in and move-out dates are not set in stone. The total rent for the whole period will be 950€.
You will share the flat with Marie and Charlotte. As I won't be in the shared flat, the most important thing is that you get on well together. As both are very likeable, this will certainly be easy.
Die Busse halten direkt vor der Tür, so dass man in 5 Minuten am Rathaus Steglitz ist. Lidl, Rossmann und Edeka sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung liegt zwar direkt am Hindenburgdamm, aber zum Glück ist der Verkehrslärm minimal, da sie sich im Hinterhaus befindet.
Buses are right outside the door, so you can be at Steglitz town hall in 5 minutes. Lidl, Rossmann and Edeka are also within walking distance.
The apartment is on Hindenburgdamm but fortunately the traffic noise is minimal as it is in the rear building.
Ein rücksichts- und respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist uns beim Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Klare und offene Kommunikation ist definitiv auch wichtiger Bestandteil der WG. Also wenn etwas nicht stimmt, darf schnellstens darüber gesprochen werden.
Bisher war das Zusammenleben sehr harmonisch und entspannt. So darf es natürlich gerne zukünftig bleiben :)
Sehr gerne können wir zum Kochen, Quatschen oder dergleichen zusammenkommen und eine schöne Zeit haben. Im besten Fall entstehen Freundschaften. Still aneinander vorbeileben oder eine reine Zweck-WG ist nicht so schön. Aber alles ohne Zwang oder feste Termine!
Klar kann sich auch jede/r ins Zimmer zurückziehen und für sich sein, solange man das möchte um ungestört Zeit für sich zu haben.
Allgemein ist uns auch Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen wichtig, man muss sicher nicht vom Boden essen können aber auch bitte nicht mit den Füßen daran fest kleben... irgendwas dazwischen wäre super. Alle 14 Tage kommt eine Putzkraft zu uns, die die Grundreinigung in den Gemeinschaftsräumen übernimmt. Das kostet ca. 25 € für jeden von uns pro Monat. Das ist in der Miete enthalten.
Wer eine wilde Party-WG sucht ist hier nicht an der richtigen Stelle... wer in der WG ausgiebige afterhour Partys feiern möchte, muss leider weiter suchen ;) Im besten Falle hast du deine Sturm & Drang Zeit schon hinter dir und möchtest lieber ein ruhiges, entspanntes Zuhause genießen. Das heisst nicht, dass der ein oder andere von uns nicht auch mal in eine Bar oder einem Club die Nacht zum Tage macht. Es passiert nur dann eher außerhalb der WG :)
Marie arbeitet Vollzeit als Anwältin und auch sonst relativ viel unterwegs, daher ist sie nicht ganz so viel in der WG.
Charlotte zieht am 13.1. in die WG ein und ist angehende Psychotherapeutin.
Treating each other with consideration and respect is very important to us when living together. Clear and open communication is definitely also an important part of the shared flat. So if something isn't right, we can talk about it as quickly as possible.
So far, living together has been very harmonious and relaxed. Of course, we'd like it to stay that way in the future :)
We are very happy to get together for cooking, chatting or the like and have a good time. In the best case scenario, friendships develop. Living quietly past each other or a purely functional flat share is not so nice. But all without pressure or fixed dates!
Of course, everyone can also retreat to their own room and keep to themselves as long as they want to in order to have undisturbed time for themselves.
In general, cleanliness and tidiness in the communal areas is also important to us, you certainly don't have to be able to eat off the floor, but please don't stick your feet to it either... Something in between would be great. A cleaner comes to us every 14 days to do the basic cleaning in the communal areas. This costs around €25 per month for each of us. This is included in the rent.
If you're looking for a wild party flat share, this is not the place for you... those who want to celebrate extensive afterhour parties in the shared flat will unfortunately have to look further ;) In the best case scenario, you have already left your Sturm & Drang period behind you and would rather enjoy a quiet, relaxed home. That doesn't mean that one or the other of
