Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Es verfügt über Bett, Schreibtisch, eine gemütliche Sitz/Leseecke, eine Kommode und Kleiderstange für Klamotten und ausreichend Stauraum für alles mögliche. Bis zum Zeitpunkt deines Einzugs werde ich noch das ein oder andere Licht anbringen, sodass es schön gemütlich bleibt auch wenn die Tage wieder dunkler werden :)
The room is 14m² and is rented furnished. It has a bed, desk, a cosy sitting/reading area, a chest of drawers and clothes rail for clothes and enough storage space for everything. Until you move in, I will add a light or two so that it stays nice and cosy even when the days get darker again :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Grenze zwischen Kreuzberg und Tempelhof. Das bedeutet, du kannst alle Vorzüge Kreuzbergs schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichen und genießen. Gleichzeitig befinden sich in Laufnähe mit dem Tempelhofer Feld, dem Viktoriapark und dem Gleisdreieckpark verschiedene Möglichkeiten für einen schönen Spaziergang an einem sonnigen Herbsttag. Supernärkte sind 2 min (Rewe) und 8 min (Lidl) entfernt und zum nächsten U-Bahnhof (Platz der Luftbrücke) läuft man 9 Minuten. Auch die S-Bahnhöfe Südkreuz (Ringbahn) und Yorckstraße sind in der Nähe, sodass man flink überall in der Stadt ist.
The flat is located on the border between Kreuzberg and Tempelhof. This means that you can quickly reach and enjoy all the advantages of Kreuzberg by bike. At the same time, the Tempelhofer Feld, the Viktoriapark and the Gleisdreieckpark are within walking distance and offer various possibilities for a nice walk on a sunny autumn day. Supermarkets are 2 minutes away (Rewe) and 8 minutes away (Lidl) and the nearest underground station (Platz der Luftbrücke) is a 9-minute walk. The S-Bahn stations Südkreuz (Ringbahn) and Yorckstraße are also close by, so you can quickly get anywhere in the city.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung teilen mit Agustin, Letizia und Hacha (Letizias Hündin). Agustin ist Argentinier und vor einem Jahr nach Berlin gekommen. Er arbeitet in verschiedenen Restaurants und startet gerade seinen Weg als Fashion Producer. Letizia lebt schon länger in Berlin und kommt ursprünglich aus Italien. Sie macht wunderschöne Häkelmode und arbeitet nebenher auch im Restaurant. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und wann immer es geht sitzen wir zusammen auf dem Balkon und quatschen. Ansonsten gehen wir auch gerne mal zusammen aus was trinken oder feiern.
Hacha ist super pflegeleicht und von sehr ruhiger Natur. Am liebsten liegt sie auf dem Balkon oder kuschelt sich auf's Sofa.
Agustin is Argentinian and came to Berlin a year ago. He works in different restaurants and is just starting his way as a fashion producer. Letizia has been living in Berlin for a while and is originally from Italy. She makes beautiful crochet fashion and also works in a restaurant on the side. Our flat-sharing life is very harmonious and whenever possible we sit together on the balcony and chat. Otherwise, we also like to go out for a drink or clubbing together.
Hacha is very easy to care for and has a very calm nature. She loves to lie on the balcony or cuddle up on the sofa.
Das Zimmer wird vom 15.11.23 bis zum 15.12.23 möbliert vermietet. Bei Bedarf kann die Miete auch um mind. 2 Wochen verlängert werden.
Da wir mit einem Hund zusammen leben, solltest du damit keine Probleme haben.
Wenn dir das Zimmer zusagt, dann schreibe mir gerne und stelle dich am besten kurz vor. Dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin in Person oder per Zoom ausmachen. Ich freue mich auf deine Nachrcht.

The room will be rented furnished from 15.11.23 to 15.12.23. If needed the rent can also be extended by at least 2 weeks.
As we live together with a dog, you should have no problems with that.
