Referendar sucht Bleibe ab Dezember bis einschließlich Februar

Liebe Leute,

als gebürtiger Kölner und Jurist verschlägt es mich für mein Referendariat ab Dezember für drei Monate ins Auswärtige Amt nach Berlin, weshalb ich auf der Suche nach einer Bleibe bin, idealerweise ein kleines möbliertes Apartment in zentraler Lage, sehr gerne aber auch ein möbliertes WG-Zimmer (<40 Min. bis Stadtmitte).

"Trotz" meines absolvierten und zuweilen öden Jurastudiums in Köln und Paris bin ich ein offener und geselliger Typ, der gutes Essen, gute Cocktails und gute Gespräche liebt und sich und das Leben vor allem nicht zu ernst nimmt. Auch wenn ich voraussichtlich nicht allzu viel Freizeit haben werde, will ich jede Sekunde in Berlin nutzen, um die Stadt mal etwas näher zu erkunden und das reiche kulturelle Angebot wahrzunehmen, das ja mehr ist als der herkömmliche Touri-Kram, auf den sich übliche Berlin-Besuche beschränken.

Trockenes: ich bin Nichtraucher, habe keine Haustiere und bin vermutlich ohnehin leider viel zu viel mit Arbeiten und Lernen beschäftigt, als dass ich selbst irgendeinen Lärm verursachen könnte. Standard-Dokumente wie SCHUFA (request now) (jetzt beantragen) -Unterlagen & co. kann ich natürlich auf Anfrage liefern.

Hey there!

As a native of Cologne and jurist, I'm moving to Berlin for three months for my legal clerkship starting in December, which is why I'm looking for a place to stay, ideally a small furnished apartment in a central location, but also a (furnished) shared room (<40 min. to the city center).

"Despite" my completed and sometimes dull law studies in Cologne and Paris, I am an open and sociable guy who loves good food, good cocktails and good conversations and above all does not take himself and life too seriously. Even though I probably won't have too much free time, I want to use every second in Berlin to explore the city a bit more and take advantage of the rich cultural offer, which is more than the usual tourist stuff that most Berlin visits are limited to.

Dry stuff: I'm a non-smoker, have no pets and I'm probably too busy working and studying anyway to make any noise myself. Standard documents such as "SCHUFA (request now) (jetzt beantragen) " records etc. are available at request.
