Das Zimmer ist möbliert und ich möchte es zwischenvermieten weil ich für ca 2 Monate im Ausland sein werde. Es ist 16m² groß, hat ein Doppelbett und eine Ausklappcouch für Gäste. Die WG ist zweistöckig und hat einen großen Balkon auf dem viel und gerne gegrillt wird. Auf dem Dach kann man auch in der Sonne sitzen. Dazu gibts zwei Bäder (eins mit Dusche, eins ohne), eine Wohnküche und eine Waschmaschine. Internet-, Telefonflatrate sowie Nebenkosten etc. sind im Preis (180€/Monat) enthalten.
Die WG liegt am Kesselbrink in der Innenstadt, von wo aus man 5 Minuten zum Jahnplatz oder zum Hauptbahnhof läuft. Das Schwimmbad (Wiesenbad) ist direkt nebenan und zu Fuß sind Jibi, Real und Aldi gut erreichbar.
Unsere WG ist gesellig und unternehmungslustig. Wir kochen gern gemütlich zusammen oder gehen auch mal gemeinsam abends weg. Hier wird man gut aufgenommen und fühlt sich schnell zuhause.
