Hallo zusammen,
ab sofort wird mein Zimmer in einer Mädchen-2er-WG frei. Es ist ca. 17 m² groß (Gesamtfläche inkl. anteilig Küche/Bad: 22 m²) und die Warmmiete beträgt 220,-. Ich lasse es unmöbliert zurück, das Zimmer hat eine Nische, die ich für das Bett genutzt habe. In der WG bleibt meine wunderbare Mitbewohnerin weiterhin wohnen. Es ist weder eine Zweck-WG, noch eine WG, in der man ständig "aufeinanderhockt".
Das Gebäude befindet sich direkt am Campus und ist keine 2 Minuten vom Zentralen Neubau (ZN) der Hochschule entfernt. Daneben ist die Wiese mit der Grillhütte zum entspannen und einige Parkmöglichkeiten. 3 Minuten vom Campus entfernt befindet sich der Bahnhof Neubrücke, von dort aus kann man mit dem Studententicket nach Saarbrücken und Mainz und kann so beispielsweise in St. Wendel bequem einkaufen.
