Bei uns wird ein gemütliches Altbau-Zimmer frei. Unsere WG liegt im Östlichen Ringgebiet, wo wir 4 im 3. Obergeschoss vergnügt beisammen hausen. Wir, das sind:
Annika, 32, Sozialpädagogin - arbeitet in einer Wohngruppe
Arne, 40, Informatiker - arbeitet als Lehrer in Wolfsburg
Thomas, 27, Luft- und Raumfahrtingenieur - arbeitet beim DLR
Theresa 25, Praktikantin beim Braunschweiger Staatsorchester als Geigerin (zieht aus)
Unser WG-Leben ist freundschaftlich, kommunikativ und harmonisch. Bei uns sind die Türen eher offen als geschlossen. Wir nehmen am Leben der Anderen teil und sitzen gern beisammen in der Küche. Da Theresa nach ihrem Praktikum Braunschweig nun wieder verlässt, wird ihr Zimmer frei - und wir suchen eine nette, gesellige Nachfolgerin ab Mitte Juli - evtl auch früher.
Unsere Wohnung ist zentral gelegen: Tram und Bus sind in drei Minuten zu erreichen und auch der Hauptbahnhof ist nicht weit entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, Lidl) sind auch gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen gibt es den Prinzenpark ganz in der Nähe. Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen, braucht man sich eigentlich nur den Hügel herunterrollen zu lassen.

Hi there!
We have got a cozy room available in our lovely "Altbau" apartment situated in the neighbourhood of the Östliches Ringgebiet. There is four of us living together:
Annika, 32, social worker - works in a sheltered housing group
Arne, 40, computer scientist - works as an teacher in Wolfsburg
Thomas, 27, aerospace engineer - works at the German Aerospace Center (DLR)
Theresa 25, intern at the "Staatsorchester Braunschweig" as a violinist (moves out)
We have got a way of living together that is based on friendship and communication. We keep our doors rather open than closed. We like to know what is going on in each others' lives and end up chatting at the kitchen table quite frequently. As Theresa will leave again Braunschweig, her room will be available from middle of July onwards - maybe earlier.
Our apartment is centrally located. Bus and tram stops can be reached within just three minutes and the main train station is not far away either. In terms of grocery shopping you have several possiblities just a stone's throw away (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, Lidl). If you want to go for a run/walk, you have got the "Prinzenpark" (large city park) nearby. In oder to get downtown you just need to head down the hill.
