wir suchen eine nette, neue MitbewohnerIn, da unsere Mitbewohnerin Berlin zieht.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10 m2 groß, hat eine hohe Decke (Altbau), Holzdielen und ein großes Fenster. Im Zimmer steht ein Hochbett, welches für 60 Euro übernommen werden kann. Dies würde sich vor allem (eher) für kleinere Menschen anbieten. Aufrecht unter dem Bett stehen kann man nur bis 172 cm.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben einen Kellerraum der als Wohnzimmer fungiert. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Raum für Fahrräder und einen Wäschekeller. Um das Haus herum ist ein schmaler, aber hübscher Garten.
We are looking for a new roommate. Since one of us is moving to Berlin for a Job.
The room has 10 m2, a high ceiling, wooden floorboards, and a large window.
There is a loft bed in the room you can purchase for 60 Euro. But only people under 172cm can stand upright underneath.
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a living room in our basement. Furthermore, there is laundry room and a room for bicycles.
Die Lage ist der Hammer. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Bürgerpark (2-geh-min), zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten, zur Uni 15 und ins Viertel 10. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig, da keine Straße in der Nähe viel Verkehr hat.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es viele: Rewe und Rossman ist direkt um die Ecke, dazu kommen Penny, Aldi und Lidl, eine Poststelle inkl. Packstation, zwei Apotheken, ein Ärztehaus und nicht zu vergessen, der Findorffmarkt, der Di., Do. und Sa. frische Waren anbietet. Außerdem gibt es noch einen Unverpackt-Laden.
Die nächsten beiden Haltestellen sind in 2-4 min Reichweite (Eickedorfer Str/Hemmstr) hier fahren die Linien 26/27 (zum Hbf 6 min bzw. am Brill 8 min) bzw. 25 (zur Domsheide 12 min) und die 28 (zur Uni 15 min bzw. nach Walle).
The flat is very much in the city centre (5 min by bike to the central station, 15 min to the university, 10 min to the Viertel (where most of the bars are)), but in a very quite part of town as well. There is no through traffic in the surrounding streets. The Bürger Park (central park) is just a two minute walk from our house.
Public transport can be access via two close by bus stations (3-4 min walking distance), buses are 25, 26, 27, 28, N7 (University 13 min, Central Station 5 min, University of applied science (Hochschule Bremen) 12 min).
All kinds of supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Lidl, Aldi) are close by.
Deine direkten MitbewohnerInnen sind Dung (29, Umweltwissenschaftlerin) und Merrit (33, Lehrer) (ein Pärchen) und Meike (26, Master Psychologie) sowie Gouda (2-3, Katze). Dein erweiterten MitbewohnerInnen wohnen in der WG unter uns. Ebenfalls eine 4-er WG.
Das WG-Leben ist ganz entspannt und unkompliziert. Wenn du etwas unternehmen willst, wie z.B. an den See fahren, Sport machen, ins Viertel gehen, Spiele spielen oder auch einen Film gucken, findest du meistens einen Freiwilligen. Mach dir also keine Sorgen mit Bier oder Wein allein gelassen zu werden. Falls du mal deine Ruhe brauchst, ist das aber auch kein Problem, schließ einfach deine Tür :). Wir sind ziemlich rücksichtsvoll.
Ich sollte auch erwähnen, dass wochentags alle oder manche von uns relativ früh aufstehen müssen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der ziemlich gut funktioniert. Wir sind sauber und ordentlich, aber nicht übertrieben reinlich.
Your immediate flatmates are Dung (29, environmental scienctist), and Merrit (33, teacher) (a couple), Meike (psychology master), and Gouda (2-3, cat). Your extended flatmates live on the ground floor. There are also 4 of them.
On days you feel like doing something, be it sports, games, drinks, a concert, some dancing, going to the lake or the park you could very likely find someone to join you. And if you want to be left alone sometimes that's fine as well. We are pretty considerate.
At the same time I have to mention that weekdays all or some of us have to get up early.
We have weekly rotating cleaning schedule. Overall we are tidy and clean, but not over the top.
Über uns wohnt noch ein ruhiges Pärchen mit einem Hund. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem kleinen Garten und nach hinten heraus ist die Kellerebene ebenerdig. Dort befindet sich auch eine kleine Terrasse auf der im Sommer oft der wir im Sommer gerne Grillen.
Above us lives a quite couple with a dog. The house is surrounded by a small garden, and in the back, where the basement is at ground level, there is small terrace, where we like to bbq in the summer.
