Ich suche nach einem Nachmieter. Mein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und hat einen Hochschläfer. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und enthält einen Schreibtisch, einen Schreibtischstuhl und einen Kleiderschrank. Zudem gibt es noch einen kleinen Balkon, der zu unserem Hinterhof hinausführt. Im Sommer kann man den Balkon sehr nett bepflanzen:)

I'm looking for a new tenant. My room is about 16 square meters and has a high sleeper. The room is partially furnished and contains a desk, a desk chair and a wardrobe. There is also a small balcony that leads out to our backyard. In summer you can plant very nicely on the balcony.
Die WG liegt sehr nahe zur medizinischen Universität Wroclaw – zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 15 min dort, mit dem Fahrrad 5min. Zum Rynek ist man zu Fuß innerhalb einer halben Stunde da. Man kann aber auch die Straßenbahn 9 /17 nehmen – das geht dann etwas schneller;)

The shared apartment is very close to the Medical University of Wroclaw - you can get there within 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bike. You can walk to Rynek in half an hour. But you can also take the tram 9/17 - it's a little quicker ;)
Hier ein paar Infos zu unserem vorigen WG-Leben:
Wir haben zu Dritt in der Reja gewohnt und alle Medizin studiert. In unserer Freizeit haben wir gerne mal etwas gemeinsam unternommen wie z.B. Kochen, Spieleabende & gemeinsam Sport machen. Wenn es gerade etwas stressiger in der Uni war, war es auch einfach schön, mal einen Plausch in der Küche zuhalten.
Uns allen war eine gewisse Grundordnung & Sauberkeit sehr wichtig – zumindest was die Gemeinschaftsräume anbelangt.
Leider sind zwei von uns ausgezogen und wir suchen nach zwei neuen Mitbewohnern/innen.
Lena hält weiterhin die Stellung in der Reja 62 und würde sich sehr über zwei neue WG-Mitglieder freuen.

Here is some information about our previous shared life:
The three of us lived in Reja and we all studied medicine. In our free time we enjoyed doing things together such as cooking, playing games and doing sports together. When things were a little more stressful at university, it was just nice to have a chat in the kitchen.
A certain basic order and cleanliness was very important to all of us - at least when it came to the common areas.
Unfortunately two of us have moved out and we are looking for two new roomies.
Lena continues to hold the position in Reja 62 and would be very happy to have two new roomies.
