Unsere WG liegt im 4. Stockwerk eines wunderschönen Altbaus mit Blick zur Oder, verfügt über eine geräumige gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler) und ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine.
Das 24m2 große Zimmer wird durch zwei große Fenster gut ausgeleuchtet und hat eine Deckenhöhe von 3,3m. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett; Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und 3 Schränke welche gerne übernommen werden können.
Die Warmmiete pro Monat beträgt 380€.
Die WG liegt 5 Minuten Fußweg von der medizinischen Universität und 2 Minuten von der Bahnstation entfernt.
In der WG wohnen Oliver (Medizinstudent im 5. Jahr) und Nils (Medizinstudent im 1. Jahr) . Wir sind offen für spontane Gespräche, Kochsessions, Dart Spiele und... . Jedoch ist es uns wichtig, dass die WG auch als Rückzugsort dient.
