Es stehen 2 Zimmer zur Verfügung, eins belege ich selbst. Die Zimmer sind beide sehr schön groß & hell. Alles wurde im März neu renoviert.
Ich habe eine Waschmaschine, dafür ist also gesorgt. Eine Küche ist auch neu.
Ich suche ab 01.07.2021 eine Mitbewohnerin/ Mitbewohner, da ich hier zuletzt mit meinem Partner gewohnt habe & die Wohnung für eine Studentin (mich) alleine viel zu teuer ist.
Ich bin eine sehr liebe offene Person, studiere soziale Arbeit & würde mich über jemand ordentlichen, sauberen und offenen Menschen freuen.
Die Miete beträgt 485,50€ für jeden. Dazu kommen dann natürlich noch Strom und Internetkosten von circa (kommt auf die Verträge an, die würden wir neu abschließen) 50€ pro Person.
