Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 100 qm WG mit einer Mitbewohnerin (mir) . Die gesamte Wohnung (außer mein eigenes Zimmer) steht dann auch dir zur Verfügung.
Es hat c.a. 15 qm und wird frisch renoviert zum Bezug stehen. Aktuell ist es unmöbliert allerdings kann man das auch ändern.
Die Wohnung ist an sich voll ausgestattet allerdings können gern auch Möbel mitgebracht werden und ggfs. ausgetauscht werden bei Bedarf. Die WG hat ein riesiges, zur Küche offenes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Wintergarten. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und eine Badewanne.
The room is situated in a 100 qm Flat with one Flatmate (me). The whole Flat (expect the room ur flatmate: me) can be used by you as well.
It has approximately 15 qm and is right now without any furniture but this can be changed when necessary.
The Flat is fully equiped but its also possible to bring some own furniture and change stuff in the kitchen or living room if it is ur wish. The Flat has a huge, open to the kitchen, livingroom with a fireplace and wintergarden. The bathroom has a bathtub and a showercabin.
Das Dorf Chorin liegt 45 Bahnminuten nördlich von Berlin. Zum Bahnhof sind es fußläufig 2 Minuten. Der Zug fährt stündlich und man ist in 8 Minuten in Eberswalde, 12 Minuten in Angermünde oder 45 Minuten in Berlin. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Direkt vor der Tür d.h. fußläufig ! liegen Wälder und Seen und das nächste Dorf ist das Ökodorf Brodowin.
The village Chorin is situated 45 min north of Berlin. The trainstation is reachable by foot within 2 minutes. The train goes once an hour : 8 minutes to Eberswalde, 12 minutes to Angermünde or 45 minutes to Berlin. The area is breathtaking. directly in front of the door u find opportunities to hike, lakes and the next villages is Brodowin the Eco-village (Demeter).
Ich selbst bin Studentin der Agrarwissenschaften in Eberswalde (Ökoagrarmanagement) und wohne seit 2 Jahren hier. Ich würde mich als queerfeminsitisch einordnen und würde mich über eine*n Mitbewohner*in freuen, der*dem das zumindest nicht ganz fremd ist. Aber das wichtigste ist für mich , dass wir uns vorstellen können zusammen zu wohnen. Hier leben noch zwei Katzen, die Freigänger sind. Vor der Haustür gibts Hühner. Eigene Haltung ist auch möglich. Es gibt nen kleinen Garten mit Hochbeet und ein bißchen Gemüse und Blümchen zum entspannen und auch eine etwas größere Fläche (500 qm) mit der man bei Bedarf etwas anstellen könnte. (Tiere oder Landwirtschaft) Tierhaltung an sich ist auch ok solange sich deine Tiere mit meinen Katzen arrangieren (Zeit zur Eingewöhnung ist selbstverständlich).
Ansonsten ist die Nachbarschaft erfreulich hilfsbereit, offen und wenig konservativ.
I study "managment of organic farming" in Eberswalde an live here since 2 years. I consider myself as a queerfeminst and would be happy if my potential flatmate at least is a bit familiar with that. But the most important thing for me is that we both can imagine to share a flat with each others.
I have 2 cats, which are outside most of the time. There is a small garden wit some vegetable and flowers to relax, make a fire or barbeque and there is also the possibility to rent a plain to make A LITTLE aggriculture or hold lifestock.U can bring ur own pet as long as it is ok with my cats (of course some time for familariszation is given).
The neighbourhood is helpful, open and surprisingly hardly conservative.
